Charter Care Support Coordination Services — New Brand Website

New Brand Website, Logo Design & Marketing Collateral

The Client

Charter Care Services (CCS) is an established care services provider that identified an opportunity to expand into the growing NDIS Support Coordination sector. Rather than simply adding a service line, the business took a strategic approach — creating an entirely new brand division, Charter Care Support Coordination Services (CCSCS), with its own identity, positioning, and digital presence. The goal was to establish CCSCS as a trusted, premium choice for NDIS participants seeking Support Coordination.

The Challenge

Launching a new brand from the ground up presents a unique set of challenges. CCSCS needed to build credibility in a competitive, compliance-sensitive sector where trust is everything — without an existing online presence, client base, or digital assets to draw from. The new website needed to clearly differentiate CCSCS from its parent brand CCS while maintaining brand family consistency, and had to serve two distinct audiences: NDIS participants who may be unfamiliar with how support coordination works, and referrers or professionals looking for a competent coordination provider.

The Objectives

Full Steam was engaged to deliver a complete new digital presence for CCSCS, with the following goals:

• Establish CCSCS as the premier choice for NDIS Support Coordination online

• Communicate the value of support coordination clearly for those unfamiliar with the NDIS

• Build trust through testimonials, case studies, and demonstrated expertise

• Generate inbound enquiries via well-placed online forms and calls-to-action

• Launch with a strong SEO foundation to grow organic visibility from day one

• Ensure full accessibility compliance so the site is usable by all visitors

• Create brand assets (logo and brochure) to support the new business division

The Solution

Full Steam delivered a complete new digital identity for CCSCS — from logo and brand collateral through to a fully custom WordPress website, built from scratch.

Brand Identity

A new logo was designed for CCSCS, drawing on the existing CCS brand with considered modifications to create a distinct but related identity. A tri-fold brochure was also produced, giving the CCSCS team a professional leave-behind to support referral partnerships and in-person conversations with potential clients.

Custom Website Design & Build

The site was built on a custom WordPress theme using a vanilla framework, ensuring a unique design built specifically for CCSCS rather than an off-the-shelf template. A page builder was implemented to give the CCSCS team full control over editing and page creation going forward, while Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) were used to create a structured, manageable content experience throughout the site.

Site Structure & Content Strategy

The website was architected around the two core audience journeys — NDIS participants and referrers — with a clear, intuitive structure:

• Home — Brand introduction, services overview, testimonials, and CTAs

• About Us — Mission, values, team bios, and brand story

• Services — Level 1 & Level 2 Support Coordination, bespoke services, and the CCSCS way of working

• NDIS Information — Plain-language explainer content and FAQs for those new to the NDIS

• Resources — Blog (with 4 initial SEO-optimised articles), case studies, and downloadable guides

• Testimonials — Client stories and success outcomes

• Contact — Enquiry form, contact details, and consultation booking

SEO & Performance

WordPress SEO plugin was implemented for advanced on-page SEO configuration, with all best practices applied from launch. Litespeed Cache was configured for performance, and the site was hosted on Full Steam's Australian infrastructure in Sydney.
